We select university graduates with business management and finance backgrounds following a stringent recruitment process.
Once selected, staff are trained by our coaches with extensive Australian financial industry experience in various practices including but not limited to credit analysis, quality control, privacy, and data security.
Training is ongoing to ensure there is no knowledge gap as regulatory requirements change and the performance of new staff is closely monitored by senior management. Staff are cross-trained to cater for any absences and to remove dependencies. In addition, there is a 3-month notice period for resignation to allow for smooth knowledge transition.
